Californians voted for a Bullet Train in 2008, the water infrastructure bill in 2014, and against Daylight Savings Time in 2018. What's changed?

Our schools are failing and our children are being trapped in a culture war. They deserve better.
First, let's finally integrate our schools and give parents School Choice. Children should not have to trust their future to a lottery or a zipcode.

Our children should not just get a diploma on Graduation Day, they should be prepared to start their lives.
Only around 60% of kids go to college, and only around 40% of those kids graduate.

War is a tragedy. If more of our elected officials understood violence they would feel less comfortable legislating it to others.
The CIA has been involved in over 70 coups throughout the world since 1940. Our government doesn't respect the sovereignty of other nations, how could we expect they would respect the American People's sovereignty back at home?

We should actually balance the budget, end redundancies, and invest in things that yield Divide

The American Dividend is a monthly UBI based on the GDP of the previous quarter.
This would finally create a government of, by, and for the people. Not one where people feel like they are owned by their government and controlled by special interests.
The American People will be encouraged to stay informed and engaged, and to buy, build, and export American Made products, and further increase the Dividend by reducing wasteful expenditures.
Much like how the Native Tribes, or the Alaskan Oil Companies, pay Dividends, the American people should be paid a Dividend by the largest economy on Earth.
